We recently moved into the shared space at NewportNet and could not be more happier with how it is going. It is a very warm and friendly environment with a sense of community between the various businesses. We took up several desks with the objective to grow the business without the huge over heads of taking on a full time lease ourselves. As for the location, who can beat working 50 metres from Newport Beach!!
